Appreciated the room with a powerful spray, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The offered breakfast was very good even with delicious warm croissants. Location: the hotel was near the lively area, Siem Reap, and the night market and the old market.

Hotel De La Chheng is a gem in Siem Reap! Absolutely loved the daily spreads of Asian and Western cuisines, free airport pick-up, and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Plus, the location is perfect!

Who needs towel racks or storage space anyway? And the noise from the nightclub across the street just added a delightful touch to my peaceful sleep.

We had a blast at the outdoor pool, playing golf, and enjoying relaxing massages in the serene garden. The kids were thrilled to catch a ride on the area shuttle to nearby destinations, adding an extra adventure to our stay.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

my recent stay in siem reap was incredible, but staying at De La Chheng made it even more memorable. the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location made our visit exceptional.

Lack of outdoor space.

The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was amazing and always ready to help. They offered us a complementary breakfast and even packed a breakfast box for us when we went to see the sunrise. The location is great, close to the city center but still quiet. The pool was perfect to cool down on hot days.

Our shower was clogged and we had to deal with a flooded bathroom every time we took a bath. We also had a massage which wasn't the best experience, as the masseuse had dirty feet and didn't seem very professional.

The location was perfect and the value for money was amazing. The breakfast served at the adjacent cafe was delicious and the coffee was spot on. The pool area had beautiful decorations and was a great place to relax. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They even helped us organize tours to see the temples, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional experience.

Although the hotel was close to the city centre and pub street, the room was run down and unsatisfactory. The bathroom had low water pressure and inconsistent water temperature from the heating system. the hotel’s breakfast was mediocre and lacked any variety. We had expected more facilities for the cost of our stay.

The lighting in the staircases was dim, creating a concerning safety hazard.
